• The Gilded Whisk is an artisan bakery offering luxurious, scratch-made baked goods crafted with the finest ingredients.
• These Terms apply to all users of our website and customers placing orders.
• The Gilded Whisk operates as a Cottage Food Operation under the laws of the State of Georgia.

Orders and Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official website or via authorized channels.
• Payments must be completed according to the due date specified on the invoice. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.
• Orders are processed once payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Special Orders

• Special orders require additional processing time and may incur additional charges.
• All special orders must be finalized and approved by the customer prior to production.
• Modifications to special orders may not be possible once production has started.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for incorrect or damaged orders. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping and Delivery

• As a Cottage Food Operation in Georgia, we are only permitted to sell and deliver directly to consumers within the state.
• Shipping via third-party carriers is not allowed. Local delivery and pickup options are available.
• A delivery fee will be applied to all orders requiring delivery. Additional charges may apply if the target location exceeds our standard delivery range.
• The Gilded Whisk is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

• Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
• Common allergens, including dairy, nuts, gluten, and eggs, are handled in our kitchen. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible.
• Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of order placement.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Gilded Whisk and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• All products are prepared in compliance with Georgia Cottage Food Laws and labeled accordingly with the statement: “MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO STATE FOOD SAFETY INSPECTIONS.” Products are only available for sale directly to consumers in Georgia.
• The Gilded Whisk complies with all applicable food safety and labeling requirements.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
